A Long Wait Turned into Rest
The Situation
A solo traveller from Germany arrived at Krabi Airport at 10 am with a connecting flight not until 7 pm. Nine hours in an airport terminal felt uncomfortable and tiring.
What We Provided
A daytime rest room from 10:30 am to 4:30 pm — a clean bed, a proper shower, tea and uninterrupted Wi-Fi to work through the afternoon at a desk rather than a departure gate chair.
How It Went
The guest slept for three hours, completed some work, then left for the airport feeling composed. She booked again four months later on her return trip.

Story 2 — Couple
A Late Arrival Handled Smoothly
The Situation
A couple landed at Krabi at 11:40 pm after a delayed flight from London. Their onward connection was the following morning at 6:15 am — too short a window to justify a full hotel stay anywhere, too long to wait in the terminal.
What We Provided
An overnight room with shuttle on a timetable that matched their arrival and departure. Breakfast was ready from 4:30 am so they could eat before a 5:00 am transfer to the terminal.
How It Went
They arrived at their gate with time to spare and reported sleeping well despite the late check-in. The shuttle ran on schedule in both directions.
"The shuttle was waiting when we landed and the room was quiet and dark. We slept about five hours which made a real difference."
Story 3 — Family of Four
Space for a Longer Connection
The Situation
A family with two young children had a 22-hour layover at Krabi between flights from Sydney and London. Managing two small children in an airport for nearly a full day was not a realistic option.
What We Provided
The Long Layover Suite with check-in timed to their arrival, a light meal for each family member in the evening, a sitting area where the children could play, and a calm departure with the car arranged by the team.
How It Went
Both children slept through the night. The family had a quiet meal, rested and reached the airport the following morning without incident.
